1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2. Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the 8k8app11 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.

3. Account Registration & Verification

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated in the applicable promotion terms.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

8k8app11's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
